Ingredients For potato casserole

28 ozfrozen potatoes o'brien with peppers & onions, thawed

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1/2 cmilk

1/2 csour cream
-
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1 cswiss cheese, shredded

1 cmunster cheese, shredded

2 Tbsppanko bread crumbs

2 tspbutter, melted
How To Make potato casserole

1Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2Spray a 2 qt casserole with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the bread crumbs & butter until well mixed. Spoon the mixture into the casserole dish. Mix the bread crumbs & melted butter; sprinkle over the potatoes. Bake the casserole for 50 - 60 minutes or until bubbly & potatoes are tender.

3TIP: Try baking in individual serving dishes for a festive twist. Reduce the baking time to 40 minutes.
