- large potatoes peeled, diced and cooked
- 1 pt
- sour cream
- 2 bunch
- green onion
- 2 jar(s)
- old english cheese (kraft)
- 1 stick
- unsalted butter
1Melt cheese and butter together.
2Take off heat and add sour cream.
3Place a layer of potatoes in a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Place onions on top.
4Pour sour cream mixture over the top. If you use a smaller casserole dish you may have two layers.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let sit for about 15 minutes before serving.
