- russet potatoes peeled and diced

- dry parsley or 4 tablespoons fresh

- water or enough to cover potatoes.
- 1/4 c
1Add potatoes, parsley, salt and water to pot, bring to boil. Simmer till fork tender.
2Drain well add margarine stir till margarine is melted. Adjust salt to taste. Do not mash, leave as bite size pieces.
3Keep warm till ready to serve. Enjoy.
