Onion-flavored baked potatoes

- new potatoes, quartered
- olive oil
- dry onion soup mix
1Cut potatoes into quarters, put into a large mixing bowl.
2Add a small amount of olive oil, just enough to coat all potatoes, toss well.
3Add a packet (or less, depending on amount of potatoes)of dry onion soup mix. Toss, coating all potatoes.
4Place in a flat pan and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir ocassionally.
