Onion-flavored baked potatoes
Cut potatoes into quarters, put into a large mixing bowl.
Add a small amount of olive oil, just enough to coat all potatoes, toss well.
Add a packet (or less, depending on amount of potatoes)of dry onion soup mix. Toss, coating all potatoes.
Place in a flat pan and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir ocassionally.
