- 1 lb
- beef top round steak, boneless, chopped into bite size
- 3 medium
- potatoes, chopped into bite size
- 1 small
- onion, chopped into bite size
- 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper
- bay leaf
1Frist chop the meat, potaotes & onions. Place each in 3 medium bowls & set aside. Heat a lrage frying pan over medium heat with some E.V.O.O.
2Next add in the onions to cook for about 5 mins. Then add in the potaotes to cook for about 5 mins. Then add in the meat to cook for about another 5 to 10 mins. Add in the salt, pepper & bay leaf as you add in each time.
3Then serve over freshly cooked rice.
