10.5 oz cream of celery soup
24-oz potatoes o'brien, thawed
cheese, shredded, divided
french fried onions
1Season pork chops with salt and pepper and brown in oil on both sides. Set aside.
Combine cream of celery soup, milk and sour cream until thoroughly blended. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup shredded cheese and 1/2 can french fried onions.
Put mixture into 9x13 baking dish and arrange pork chops on top.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and fried onions and bake uncovered for 5 more minutes.
