Ingredients

2-3 lbs
potatoes, washed, peeled and cut in chunks,
1/4 C
butter
1 -2Tbs
cream cheese
1/4 C
milk
2 Tbs
real bacon bits
1/2 C
colby -jack cheese shreded
2 Tbs
montreal steak seasoning
additional salt to taste, & pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large Pot, add Potatoes cover with salted water
Bring to Boil, then reduce heat to Med.
Cook til fork tender, about 20 min.
Drain.

Mash Potatoes, with potato Masher.
Add Butter, & cream cheese.
Stir in the Milk, bacon bits, Cheese and steak seasoning.
Season to taste.

Serve HOT with your favorite Main dish.
Garnish with More Colby-Jack cheese if you prefer.
