Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes, red, yukon gold, russet, fingerling or new
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cups dressing: mayo, sour cream, miricle whip, caesar dressing, ranch dressing, zesty italian dressing, balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups ingredient mix ins: bacon, hard boiled eggs, sweet onions, celery, cherry tomatoes, red or yellow bell pepper, shredded cheese, green beans, green onions, radishes, apples, olives, relish, peas, corn, red onion, parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon - 1 tbsp seasoning mix ins: dijon musard, horseradish sauce, parsley, celery seeds, basil, chives, cilantro, cumin, dill

How To Make make it your own potato salad

  • Step 1
    Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 15 minutes or just until tender; drain.
  • Step 2
    Place warm potatoes in a large bowl. Add dressing of choice; toss to coat.
  • Step 3
    Add ingredient mix ins & seasoning mix ins of choice; mix lightly. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  • Step 4
    IDEAS: Garden Potato Salad: new potatoes, zesty italian dressing, sour cream, cherry tomatoes, corn, red bell peppers, red onion, basil & dijon mustard. German Potato Salad: red potatoes, balsamic vinaigrette dressing, green beans, bacon, sweet onions, parsley.
