Make-ahead Party Mashed Potatoes

- (15.3) oz. box hungry jack instant potatoes (thats what i use)
- 6 c
- 1 1/2
- sticks of butter
- 2 tsp
- garlic salt
- 2 tsp
- onion salt
- 2 c
- 8 oz. packages softened cream cheese
- 16 oz
- container of sour cream
1Heat oven to 350*. Spray 13x9 inch baking dish with non-stick spray; set aside.
Heat water,butter,garlic & onion salts to a boil in a large saucepan. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese, milk, and sour cream. Stir until smooth.
Stir in potatoes & mix all ingredients until combined. Spread into baking dish.
Sprinkle with paprika and bake 1 hour until golden brown.
2REMEMBER- Casserole can be refrigerated for up to 48 hours. If desired, I sprinkle green onions on the top right before serving! ENJOY!
