Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole

Ingredients

5 1/2 c
mashed potatoes
1/3 c
milk
8 oz
cream cheese, room temperature
1 c
sour cream
2 tsp
parsley flakes
1 tsp
garlic salt
1/4 tsp
nutmeg
3/4 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
12 slice
bacon, cooked & crumbled(about 1/2 c.)

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Place all ingredients, except cheese and bacon, in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on medium-high speed until potatoes are smooth and creamy.

2Spoon mixture into lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. If you prefer extra crispy bacon, reserve bacon and sprinkle at the end of cooking. Cover.

3Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
