- large potatoes
- large onion, chopped
- 1/4 c

- salt and pepper to taste
Now after the potatoes are grated into a bowl, drain out any juice from the potatoes..Now get a frying pan ready with the butter and the chopped onions,simmering on warm.
Take a handful of the potatoes in the palm of your hand and squeeze the potato juice out. Then squeeze again. Then roll potatoes in a ball. Prepare the a cookie sheet with lots of flour on it.
Then when the balls are all made, roll them in the flour till well covered.
Bring the water to a boil.
Then drop the balls ,one at a time in the boiling water.
When they are done they will float to the top.
Remove them and then put them in the frying pan to simmer.
Then just eat and enjoy!
