Hidden Valley Roasted Potatoes
- vegetable oil, hidden valley ranch dressing, 1 bag baby red potatoes
Cut baby red potatoes into FOURTHS ONLY. Put 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil in a Glad Food Storage Bag; seal bag. Toss to coat. Add 1 Packet Hidden Valley Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix and toss again until potatoes are coated with oil and seasoning.
Once oven has reached 450 degrees, put potatoes in the iron-cast skillet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp.
