Thanksgiving Gorganzola Mashed Potatoes

This is a recipe from my brother. So Yummy!! Everyone wants me to bring the mashed potatoes now

Ingredients

6-8
yukkon gold potatoes (don't have to peel)
1/4 qt
heavy cream
1 lb
european butter (paluga, land of lakes) heavy butter fat content (no margarine or vegan butter)
1
small tub of gorgonzola

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut potatoes up and boil till soft, Mash them up. Put Gorgonzola cheese in potatoes. In a different small pot put in Heavy cream and butter (cut up into small pieces) until butter is melted (make sure heat is on LOW and stir a lot so it doesn’t burn). Once it’s all mixed together, slowly pour mixture into potatoes until you have the right consistency. The Gorgonzola should be all melted by then.
