Who doesn’t love creamy, garlicky mashed potatoes? I definately do. In this easy to make garlic mashed red potatoe recipe, red potatoes are quartered then boiled until soft. Drained and then mashed together with cream and butter. A fabulous comfort food that is perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

2 lb
red potatoes
2-3 clove
fresh garlic chopped
1 Tbsp
salt
1/2 c
heavy cream
1 stick
butter, room temperature

Step-By-Step

1Scrub potatoes and leave skins on.
2Quarter potatoes
3Put potatoes, chopped garlic, salt, and enough water to cover potatoes in pot with lid.
4Cook till potatoes are soft.
5Drain potatoes, add butter and cream. Mash with a potatoe masher until potatoes are your desired consistency.
