French onion potato casserole

This recipe is a modification of a popular cheesy potato casserole. It is much easier to prepare and always receives raves from friends and family.

Ingredients

1 bag(s)
frozen shredded hashbrown potatoes (i use mr. dell's, but any will do)
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup (can substitute celery or mushroom)
1
16 oz carton of french onion dip
2 c
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c
milk
4 Tbsp
butter
2 c
crushed potato chips

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients except the potato chips and 2 Tablespoons of the butter.
2Add the potato chips as a topping and drizzle remaining butter over them.
3Cook in a 350 degree oven for around 55-60 minutes.
