medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
boiling salted water
1/4 c
butter, melted
3 Tbsp
dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp
salt
pinch
pepper

Step-By-Step

1Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
2Use tip of sharp knife to test rather than a fork.
3Drain.
4Return to heat to dry any remaining liquid.
5Watch closely.
6Mix remaining ingredients together.
7Add to potatoes.
8Shake saucepan or toss to coat.
