Crock Pot Cream Cheese Potatoes

- medium potatoes, scrubbed and sliced (about 2 pounds)

- (8 oz each) cream cheese, cut into cubes

- cooked bacon, crumbled
1Spray the crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.
2In a small bowl, combine onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
3Layer 1/4 of potatoes in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle with 1/4 of seasonings. Layer with 1/3 cream cheese and bacon. Continue the layering process ending with a layer of potatoes then sprinkle seasonings.
5Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours. In the last hour of cooking stir potatoes to distribute cream cheese and bacon
