Ingredients

5-6 large
potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 large
onion, finely diced
6 oz
velveeta cheese, cubed
1 Tbsp
butter, sliced
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 c
chicken broth
3/4 c
sour cream
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
seasoned salt
1/8 tsp
pepper

Step-By-Step

1Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Put potatoes, onion, cheese, and butter in crock pot.
2In a small bowl mix soup, broth, sour cream and seasonings. Pour over potatoes.
3Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
After an hour of cooking (or when cheese is melted) lift lid and stir thoroughly.
