Ingredients

2 lb
frozen hashbrown potatoes -- thaw
1/2 c
margarine -- melt
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1/2 c
onion -- chop fine
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
2 c
grated colby cheese

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven at 350

2Spray a 9x13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

3Combine soup, margarine, salt, pepper, onions and cheese.

4Gently mix in the potatoes and pour into prepared pan or dish.

5Bake for 45 minutes or until brown.
