- box cornbread stuffing
- large potatoes
- mayonaise or miracle whip (i've used both and have used fat free)
1Wash and slice potatoes lengthwise. You should get 4 slices per potato.
2Spread mayonaise over all sides of potato slices and roll in cornbread stuffing.
3Place on large baking sheet. Bake at 375 for about an hour or until tender.
