My three boys would not think it was Thanksgiving unless I had this on the table. I have to make two or there is never enough. This is a southern favorite of my Mother in law's.

Ingredients

3 can(s)
creamed corn
3 Tbsp
sugar
3 Tbsp
corn starch
1/2 tsp
salt

eggs slightly beaten
1 c
milk
1/2 stick
butter, melted

Directions Step-By-Step

Butter casserole dish. Empty corn into pan. Stir in sugar, cornstarch and salt. Beat eggs thoroughly;add to first mixture. Pour in milk stir well. Put slices of butter on top.

Cook in 325* oven for 1 hour or until nicely brown on top.
