Use a sprayed ovenproof bowl measuring about 6 X 6 inches (or your choice). Take out just enough tater tots to spread in a single layer in the bowl and cook by package instructions (about 20 minutes at 400 degrees). Replace left over frozen tater tots back in the freezer. Spoon chili evenly over the tater tots when they have cooked. Sprinkle grated cheese over the chili. Place mixture back in the oven for about 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
You can increase servings by adding more ingredients to a larger baking dish. Go by the same instructions above, layering your ingredients in your sprayed dish and just doubling or tripling everything. Serve with slaw, green salad or other vegetables.
NOTE: Try Hormel Chili With Beans. I prefer Hormel Chili Without Beans but you can use your favorite brand or use homemade chili.
