These are a family favorite and are known as Mom Dutcher's Cheesy Potatoes (my mom). I don't think she made up the recipe as I have seen several variations. Every time we go to someone's house, this recipe is requested.

Ingredients

1 lb
ore-ida shredded hash browns
16 oz
sour cream
1 can(s)
campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
campbell's cream of chicken soup
16 oz
shredded cheddar cheese

Step-By-Step

1Make sure your potatoes are thawed before beginning this recipe.
2Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
4Spray a 9x13 glass baking dish with cooking oil spray.
5Pour the entire potato mixture into the baking dish.
6Dot generously with butter.
7Bake for one hour or until the top is bubbly and brown.
8Serve immediately.
