Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole

My soon-to-be sister-in-law Beckah brought this tasty dish to the Easter meal and it was a huge hit. I'm sure a lot of folks have eaten it somewhere...so here is the recipe!

Ingredients

1 lb
bag of shredded hash browns
1 stick
butter, melted
1 Tbsp
salt
1/2 Tbsp
ground black pepper
2 Tbsp
minced onion
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
16 oz
sour cream
2 c
grated cheddar cheese
2 pkg
ritz crackers (individual rolled packs), crushed

Step-By-Step

1Preheat over to 350 degrees.
2Mix all ingredients (except the Ritz cracker crumbs) in a bowl. Pour into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.
3Cover top of mixture evenly with cracker crumbs. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve warm.
