I really love to make Hasselback Potatoes. They look so interesting. I usually call them potato fans too 'cause Hasselback sounds too much like I am thinking of David Hasselhoff.
America's Test Kitchen did them but they cut them and them ran them under water to remeove any starch between the layers. I put parmesan cheese and a wee bit of garlic and paprika on. Think I may have to make them tonight it's been a while.
