Ingredients For buttery parmesan new potatoes

12new potatoes, small

1 stickbutter

2 tspparsley, dried

2 tspchives, dried
-
1/4 cparmesan cheese
-
4 slicebacon, cooked crisp & crumbled

4green onions, chopped thinly
How To Make buttery parmesan new potatoes

1Peel 1/2" strip around the center of each potato & immediately place potatoes in a saucepan of cold water.

2Add enough additional water to cover the potatoes by 2". Bring to boil over medium high heat. Boil potatoes; 20 minutes; drain. DO NOT OVERCOOK! Cover to keep warm.

3Place the butter in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH until melted, about 20 seconds or more, if needed. Stir in parsley, chives & cheese; mix well. Pour butter mixture over potatoes & toss well to coat. Add bacon & green onions; mix well.

4Spoon potatoes into a serving bowl. Serve immediately.
