Ingredients For bbq chicken salad

1/2 cmayonnaise

1/2 csweet baby ray's bbq sauce or your favorite bbq sauce

1rotisserie chicken, any flavor, deboned & deskined, cut into bite size pieces

1 lgred onion, chopped

2 lgbaking potatoes, baked, peeled, cooled & cut into bite size pieces

6 x lghard boiled eggs, chopped

2 tspmccormick original chicken seasoning

1 tsppepper

16 ozcheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make bbq chicken salad

1In a medium bowl, combine mayo & bbq sauce; mix to combine. Refrigerate until needed.

2In a large bowl, add chicken, onion, potatoes, eggs & seasonings; mix well to combine.

3Add in bbq mixture & cheese; toss to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving for flavors to marry.
