Barbecued Potatoes

This is a great recipe if you have a Dutch oven. Wonderful with barbecued meats.Source: Unknown

pinch tips: How to Peel Potatoes




8 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 tsp. catsup
4 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
dash tabasco sauce

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients in greased Dutch oven. Cover and cook 1 hour over very low heat or on one side of grill while cooking meat. Stir every 10 minutes. Serves 6 to 8
