Ingredients For bacon cheese potatoes

1/2 lbbacon, cooked crisp & diced

2 lgonions, diced
-
5 lgbaking potatoes, chopped into cubes

3/4 lbcheddar cheese, shredded

salt & pepper, to taste

1 tspgarlic powder
-
2 stickbutter, cut into pieces
- GARNISH:

6scallions, sliced
-
sour cream
How To Make bacon cheese potatoes

1Line crock pot with reynolds slow cooker liner.

2Layer 1/2 each of the bacon, onions, potatoes & cheese in crock pot. Season with salt, pepper & garlic powder & dot with 1 stick butter.

3Repeat layers of bacon, onions, potatoes & cheese. Dot with other stick butter. Cover with foil.

4Cover & cook on LOW for 10 - 12 hours.

5When serving, top off with a dollop of sour cream & scallions! Mmmmmmmmmmmm!

6NOTES: Double the recipe if you are expecting company. Great to serve for a brunch! If you would like to make these in the oven -- 400 degrees F. for 1 hour in a 9" x 13" greased baking dish, covered.
