FOR EVERY 1 POUND OF PASTA:
hot crushed pepper (or more to taste)
Heat oil, garlic & red pepper until golden
Add tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper and a little water and cook 15 min.(can make this ahead of time)
Cook pasta AL DENTE and drain.
Add cream and vodka. cook for additional 10 minutes
Serve immediately! Enjoy!!
