I found this recipe in a local newspaper. My family loved it. I like to try new recipes, and this one is a keeper. Hope your family enjoys it.

Ingredients

1 pkg
macaroni, elbow
1 c
mayonnaise
2 Tbsp
cider vinegar
1 Tbsp
brown mustard
2 tsp
sugar
1/4 tsp
celery seed
1/4 c
grated red onion
1/4 c
chopped sweet pickle
3
celery ribs, chopped
1
chopped green bell pepper
1 c
cubed ham (opt)
1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c
shredded carrot
kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until tender. Drain and set aside.
2In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, celery seed, grated onion and chopped sweet pickle. Season with salt and pepper.
3Stir in celery, bell pepper, ham, cheddar cheese, and carrot.
4Stir in drained pasta, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Enjoy
