Ingredients

1 pkg
gluten free pasta
6 Tbsp
butter
6 Tbsp
gluten free baking mix
2 c
milk
8 oz
colby cheese, shredded
8 oz
monterey jack cheese, shredded
4 slice
american cheese, torn into pieces
2 oz
parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tbsp
horseradish sauce
1 Tbsp
stone ground mustard
pinch
salt
pinch
pepper

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8x8 pan with butter.
2In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add GF flour and stir until golden brown.
3Add milk and whisk to incorporate. Cook until light boil and thickens.
4Reduce heat to lowest level and add colby and stir until fully melted. Stir in jack cheese and stir until melted. Stir in american cheese and stir until melted.
5Stir in mustard and horseradish sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
6Add cooked pasta to cheese mixture. Stir.
7Pour pasta and cheese mixture into prepared pan.
8Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top.
9Bake at 350 for 30 minutes til golden brown and bubbly.
