Ingredients

1 lb
rotini pasta
2 Tbsp
olive oil
4 Tbsp
grated fresh ginger
4 clove
garlic minced
1 c
chicken stock
1/4 c
dark soy sauce
1/4 c
mirin
3 Tbsp
brown sugar
1 bunch
scallions finely chopped

Step-By-Step

1Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until done drain.

2Meanwhile add the oil to large skillet. Cook the ginger and garlic about 2 minutes. Add the chicken stock, soy sauce, mirin and brown sugar. Cook until bubbly.

3Stir in the pasta. Cook until thickened and warmed through. Top with Green onions.
