- egg noodles
- onions, thinly sliced
- 5 Tbsp
- butter or margerine
- salt and pepper to taste
1make noodles as directed on package, drain and set aside.
2saute onions in butter or margerine until soft and starting to brown.
3add noodles mix well with onions sprinkle with salt and pepper and continue to cook covered for about 5 to 10 minutes, turning every once in a while. serve .
