Ingredients

elbow macaroni, cooked
2 lb
chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
2 1/2 c
milk
1/4 c
flour
8 oz
buffalo sauce
3 c
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 c
celery, chopped
hot sauce (optional)

Step-By-Step

1COOK MACARONI AND CELERY IN A POT OF BOILING SALTED WATER.
2WHILE PASTA IS COOKING, WHISK MILK AND FLOUR TOGETHER IN A BOWL, THEN POUR INTO A SAUCEPAN, BRINGING IT TO A BOIL, STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
3REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM AND STIR IN CHICKEN, CHEESE, ONION POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, BUFFALO SAUCE AND HOT SAUCE (OPTIONAL). COOK UNTIL CHEESE MELTS.
4WHEN PASTA IS DONE, DRAIN IT AND STIR IN THE CHEESE MIXTURE.
