evaporated milk

cream cheese, room temperature
8 oz
velvetta cheese
1 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
garlic powder
salt and pepper
1/4 c
butter
1 tsp
sugar
1 c
mild cheddar cheese
1 c
monterey jack cheese
1 Tbsp
lemon juice, fresh

Step-By-Step

1BOIL WATER FOR MACARONI:ADD SALT TO TASTE.ADD MACARONI AND STIR OCCASIONALLY UNTIL TENDER, DRAIN AND RINSE NOW ADD BUTTER TO MACARONI.
2IN A BOWL MIX SOUR CREAM,EGGS AND MILK : NOW STIR IN MACARONI AND MIX WELL ,ADD ONION POWDER,GARLIC POWDER,LEMON JUICE, AND SUGAR MIX WELL.
3NOW STIR IN CREAM CHEESE AND VELVETTA CHEESE,MIX WELL:
4GRATE CHEDDAR AND JACK CHEESE AND TAKE ABOUT 1/3 CUP OF EACH AND SET ASIDE, MIX THE REST OF THE CHEESE IN WITH THE MACARONI AND MIX WELL.
5POUR INTO BAKING DISH, TAKE THE REMAINING CHEESE AND SPRINKLE OVER TOP. BAKE IN A PREHEATED 350* OVEN FOR 40 TO 45 MIN.
6YOU CAN PUT BREAD CRUMBS ON TOP FOR THE LAST 10 MIN. OF BAKING IF DESIRED.
