Apple Cider Mac-Slaw

I created this macaroni salad one day when I was cleaning our my refrigerator and had some cabbage, carrots, apples and apple cider dressing I had to use. It is a delicious "marriage" of macaroni salad, fruit and coleslaw .... some of my favorite summertime flavors.
For an extra punch of sweetness, add 1/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries or raisins. If you can't find the apple cider dressing, use a combination of apple juice concentrate and Miracle Whip in place of the apple cider dressing and continue with recipe as written, using the rest of the dressing ingredients as well.
