All Day Macaroni and Cheese

This is a crockpot version of the old standby. It is good for large gatherings.

Ingredients

8 oz
elbow macaroni
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1 tsp
salt
10 oz
evaporated milk
1 c
whole milk
2
eggs, beaten
16 oz
mild cheddar cheese, grated

Step-By-Step

1Place cooked macaroni in a slow cooker that has been sprayed with PAM. Reserve one cup grated cheese.
2Add remaining cheese and other ingredients. Mix well.
3Sprinkle with remaining cup of cheese.
4Cover and cook on low setting for 5 - 6 hours or until mixture is firm and golden around the edges. Do not remove cover or stir until mixture has finished cooking.
