Well.....I used to eat this,when I was little,on vacation,in mountains,at the restaurants.....It is very tasty,served hot,near french frys,steak,and, some pickles.Good,after a cold day in the mountains,or a hard day at work.....consistant,tasty,easy.

Ingredients

400 g
preserved mushrooms
1 small
onion
3 clove
garlic
50 ml
vegetable soup
50 g
ham
50 ml
oil
150 ml
sour cream
1 pinch
black pepper
1 pinch
salt
1 pinch
dry chilli

Step-By-Step

1Heat the oiland,stew the onion and garlic.

2Add mushrooms,drained well,and vegetable soup,then,boil till is thick.

3Put the condiments chopped ham,sour cream,and mix well.
