I make this for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is very moist and I like it spicy. Everyone that tries it love it and asks for more.I have been making this for over 20 years.

Ingredients

Pan medium
corn bread
1 pkg
sausage
2 large
onions, yellow,
2 medium
bell pepper
2
hard boiled eggs
3 Tbsp
sage, dried
2 tsp
salt and pepper
1 1/2 c
turkey broth

Step-By-Step

1Cook Sage Pork sausage in skillet until done. Crumble into small pieces.Add Onions and Peppers.
2In large Bowl add Crumbled Corn Bread,Sausage with Onions and Peppers.Add Sage, Salt & Black Pepper to Taste.
3Add Hard Boiled Eggs (Peeled) and crumbled to bowl. Add Turkey Broth in small amounts until well moisten.
4Pour mixture into large pan and bake for about 45 minutes (covered) for 30-45 minutes. Cook for 5 minutes uncovered.Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
