Slow Cooker Stuffing

Ingredients

1 stick
butter
1 c
onion, finely chopped
1 c
celery, finely chopped
8 oz
can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c
fresh parsley, minced
1/2 tsp
poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp
salt
5/8 tsp
pepper
12 c
toasted bread cubes
2
eggs, well beaten
1/2 c
chicken bouillon

Step-By-Step

1Melt butter in skillet.
2Add onion and celery and saute until tender.
3Stir in mushrooms and parsley.
4Combine seasonings and sprinkle over bread cubes.
5Add eggs, bouillon and onion mixture.
6Toss thoroughly until well combined.
7Spoon lightly into slow cooker.
8Cover and set on high for 1 hour, then reduce to low and cook for 1 to 2 hours.
