1Cool eggs after boiling. Peel and slice lengthwise. Scope yokes onto plate
2Crush yokes with fork. Add mayonnaise and mustard mixing with fork until smooth.
3Spoon yoke mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika for color. Serve.
