- sliced mushrooms
- perini ranch steak rub (on jap site)
- mccormick steak seasonings
- red wine
1Place butter in fry pan, add sliced mushrooms
2Cover for about 3 minutes until mushrooms soften
3Sprinkle desired amounts of seasonings, cooking until mushrooms are a texture you prefer. (I like mine toward the "hard" texture)
4Just before removing from heat, add preferred amount of wine and cook of the liquor
5Use on top of steak! Yummy!
