- 1 cup or more cooked risotto, chilled
- 0.5 c
- peas, boiled
- 0.25 c
- onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp
- garlic, finely chopped
- 0.5 tsp
- green chiles, finely chopped
- boiled potato
- egg white
1Shallow fry the onions, garlic and green chillies
2To the chilled risotto, add boiled potatoes and the above mixture. Mash well.
3Flatten it into a patty, coat the patty with egg white.
4Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until a crispy, golden-brown crust forms on the bottom. Flip and do the same the other side. Serve hot.
5Excellent side dish to be served along with tomato sauce or mint chutney. Perfect for drinks get-together.
