chicken legs
1 1/2 Tbsp
garlic ginger paste
taste
salt
1 1/4 Tbsp
chilli powder
1/4 tsp
turmeric
1/2 Tbsp
garammasala (cloves,cardamon,cinnamon..)
1 c
water
4 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin

take chicken legs add garlic ginger paste,all the dry ingredients .

take a pan and add chicken legs then add oil and water till chicken legs soak the water till that time u should keep in high flame .when water is dried then keep in low flame and cook for 10-15 min.

no need to do deep fry .
