Cranberry Orange Relish

- 3 c
- whole fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 large
- unpeeled orange, cut into 8 sections and seeded
- 1 c
- sugar or splenda
- 1/2 tsp
- ground ginger
1Place 1½ cups of cranberries and 4 orange sections in a food processor or grinder. Process until mixture is evenly chopped. Transfer to a bowl.
2Repeat with remaining cranberries and orange sections. Add to bowl.
3Stir in sugar and ginger. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
