- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup celery
- 10 cups bread cubes (1 large loaf)
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 t. poultry seasoning
- 2 cups hot milk
1Cook onion and celery with butter over low heat, stirring occasionally until the onion is soft, put in the bread.
2Mix up the bread after all seasonings, onion and celery are in.
3Pour the hot milk over the bread. Bake for 1 hour @350.
