yes..basil sugar... sounds odd but its really a heavenly - and different- addition to many things. Sprinkle some on fresh melon or be totally decadent and dip some strawberries in milk chocolate and then roll them in the basil sugar before u let them sit to set up. In a food processor, pulse the sugar and basil until it is uniform. Sugar can be kept in a Mason or ball Jar in a cool dark place - remember to shake the jar every time you're in the spice cupboard to distribute more of that lovely basil flavor to the sugar!
