Ingredients For rum applesauce

4 lggranny smith apples
-
1 crum
-
2 tspcinnamon, ground
-
1/2 - 1 csugar, to taste (depends how tart those apples are)

2 cwater
How To Make rum applesauce

1Peel & core apples & cut into chunks & place in large saucepan. Add water (just enough to cover apples), rum, cinnamon & sugar. Boil until soft, about 1/2 hour.

2Place in food processor & pulse untl smooth.

3Serve warm or cold. Great over ice cream!
