If you like cranberries at all you will love this! My husband who never cared for Cranberry ANYTHING says we don't have to have Thanksgiving Dinner if we don't have "THE" Relish ... this makes quite a bit, I just halve the recipe for normal turkey or chicken dinners,also good with fried pork chops and any roast pork! Does well in a mold, I use a large mold on holidays and still have to put some in a plain bowl.
Put cranberries into blender or processor and grind, med to coarse grind ... works well if you do 1 to 1 1/2 cups @ a time.
Put cranberries in large bowl add sugar, stir well ... dissolve jello in HOT water,stir into cranberries ... add all other ingredients Stir well ... Refrigerate 6-8 hrs ... stir after 2-3 hrs so nuts don't all sink to the bottom.
**Note** I use Sugar Free Jello and pineapple sweetened with Splenda ... Dole and Libby's both have the pineapple with Splenda.
